We explain the amended rules of Financial Instruments and Exchange Act of Japan regarding notification concerning Specially Permitted Businesses for Qualified Institutional Investor, etc. ("SPBQII.")
A person who has made notification of engagement in SPBQII to the Financial Services Agent ("FSA") before March 31, 2012, must pay attention to be requested to notify additionally some information and to submit a certificate to the FSA by June 30, 2012.
